About me
My name is Selma von Itzenplitz, I was born and grew up in Munich. As a Munich native with German-Greek roots, I spent a lot of time between both cultures. Born on the name day of St. Panteleimonos - a Greek physician and healer from ancient times - and characterized by an openness to cultures and ways of thinking, my path ultimately led me into the fascinating world of naturopathy.
Previously working in organizational development for a large company, I was always interested in people. At that time, I was particularly interested in the human aspects in the context of professional change. Today, I look at people as a whole. Being able to help other people is a wonderful life's work for me. My mission is to strengthen the lightness, individual self-efficacy and self-care within us. Only those who are well anchored in themselves and take care of themselves can be there for others with great strength.
My naturopathic formation path
2008 - 2011 Full-time formation as a naturopath at the renowned school for natural healing Josef Angerer in Munich including a practical year.
